Recently, we have received urgent purchasing requests from worldwide customers for different sizes of transparent PP vial storage boxes. Demand for the 10 ml single‑unit PP vial storage box has increased significantly. To meet overseas customers’ urgent requirements, we launched this new‑item development project. Supported by our in‑house R&D, mold‑making and injection‑molding capacity, this new product has been officially mass‑produced on Aug 18, 2026 and available for global supply.
This project originates from real‑world client requirements. We gathered pain‑points from overseas end‑users for peptide vials, lyophilized powder vials and lab reagent vials. Customers need sturdy, high‑transparency PP boxes specially fitted for 10 ml single vials. Our R&D team analyzed customer feedback and produced multiple structural drafts, taking application scenarios, assembly tolerance and stacking‑transport conditions into consideration.
After the first draft, multiple internal technical verifications were carried out. We checked inner‑slot dimension, latch tightness, PP transparency, drop‑resistance and stacking performance. Structural revisions were made to avoid warpage, stuck lids, loose lids and poor light transmission. Once the final design was approved, our engineers released complete mold‑construction drawings.
Drawings were jointly reviewed by mold, injection and quality teams. We verified draft angle, cavity layout, gate position and venting structure, and evaluated mass‑production stability. Mold manufacturing only starts after approval.
High‑grade mold steel is procured for precision processing: CNC milling, wire‑cutting, EDM spark machining, followed by precise grinding on drill‑press, milling‑machine and grinder. Mold fitting is performed to control clearance and ensure scratch‑free, flow‑mark‑free transparent PP output.
Three‑phase mold‑trial runs are performed. ‑T0: Confirm basic molding performance and detect major defects. ‑T1: Tune injection parameters, adjust dimension & latch structure, improve surface appearance. ‑T2: Full‑dimensional validation.
For every trial batch, our QC team conducts full‑range tests: dimensional tolerance inspection, transparency check, latch opening‑closing durability test, drop test and temperature‑resistance test. All test data is documented. Defects trigger immediate optimization. After iterative improvements, T2 trial samples passed all tests, and the product was formally frozen.
After design freeze, raw‑material validation, injection‑parameter locking and production‑instruction documentation are completed before mass‑production launch. During mass production, first‑article inspection, in‑process patrol inspection and last‑article confirmation are strictly implemented. We tightly control dimension consistency, transparency and latch performance of transparent PP vial storage boxes to prevent non‑conforming goods from shipment. Finished goods go through sorting, cleaning and packing for export delivery.
From requirement intake, R&D design, drawing review, steel procurement, precision mold‑making, multi‑round mold trials, multi‑level quality control to mass‑production: all processes are completed in‑house without external subcontracting. We supply standard off‑the‑shelf items and accept overseas OEM / ODM customization for 2 ml‑30 ml vial storage boxes.
We translate real‑world global customer demands into finished products. With our complete vertical manufacturing chain, we balance quality, lead‑time and custom flexibility, delivering reliable PP vial‑packaging solutions for pharmaceutical, peptide and reagent‑industry clients.
