Peptide Packaging by Type

For keeping vials organised between filling and shipping, start with a vial holder or vial storage box. We mould PP and PETG organizers with 1 to 24 cavities, sized to the vial body diameter rather than the fill volume, so a 3ml vial gets a 3ml cavity and stays put when the box is turned upside down. Freezer-safe PP and EVA versions are available for cold-chain workflows.

A vial tray sits between your vials and your line. It sets a repeatable pitch so the filler, capper or inspection station can pick and place vials without touching the glass, and it doubles as the shipping insert once the tray drops into a carton. Trays are formed in PVC or PETG with 2, 6 and 10 cavities as standard, stackable with a locating rim, and cut to your actual vial body diameter.

Where the product travels with the patient, an insulin travel case protects against impact, light and short temperature spikes. Hard EVA shells with die-cut linings hold pen cartridges or 3ml vials in separate compartments, while a cooler version adds an insulated lining and a separate gel-pack pocket for longer journeys. Internal layouts are set by what you actually carry, and we design the cavities around your item list.

When the box is part of the product experience, custom vial boxes give you a rigid PETG shell with a latch or screw-on lid, or a folding carton with a much larger printable area for foil stamping and spot UV. Both take a moulded EVA, die-cut foam or thermoformed insert, and for glass we use a two-stage cavity that grips the vial neck while the lower section cradles the body.

Closing the pack means caps and tools. Vial caps come in two families: silicone dust caps in 13 mm and 20 mm protect the sealing surface before filling and take your logo by UV printing, while aluminium crimp caps ship with our glass vials and are crimped over the stopper after filling. Crimping pliers, adjustable tools and bench pressers cover 7.3-32 mm.

If you need the primary container as well, glass vials cover 2ml to 30ml in three body families: 16 mm for 2-5ml, 22 mm for 3-15ml, and 24/27 mm for 20ml and 30ml, in clear or amber borosilicate. One butyl stopper and one aluminium crimp cap are included with every vial, so the closure travels with the container, and every size shown is stock, which means no tooling charge to start.

Materials & Options

Four material families cover almost every peptide packaging project we run, and the choice is usually decided by whether the part is working equipment or retail packaging, and whether it has to be printed. The summary below is the short version; if you are choosing between two options for a specific build, send us the spec and we will confirm the wall thickness, cavity tolerance and lead time before you commit.

PP — best for Storage boxes, holders, trays

Properties: Semi-rigid, chemically resistant, stays ductile at -20C, lowest cost at volume.

Can it be printed? Yes: UV print, silk screen, custom colour to Pantone.
