The Capacity Ladder — Seven Sizes, One 22 mm Body

Seven capacities ride on one 22 mm body: 22 × 27 mm (3 ml) up to 22 × 62 mm (15 ml). The 10ml vial — 22 × 50 mm — is the workhorse of the range and the size most peptide brands standardize on. Because the body never changes, one cap size and one crimping tool cover the whole ladder, and our matching vial trays interchange across sizes.

Amber & Clear — Both Stock Colors

Both colors are stock: amber glass for light-sensitive fills and clear glass for full visibility of level and color. The lineup photos show both colorways across the ladder — many customers split a single order between amber for product and clear for diluent or demo units.

Closures — Butyl Stopper In, Crimp Cap On

Every vial ships as a set: a butyl rubber stopper pressed into the neck plus the matching aluminum crimp cap. Fill, seat the cap and close it with a crimping machine — our vial crimping pliers do the same for small batches, and caps, glass and tool still come from one supplier.

True to Scale — in the Palm of a Hand

A 15 ml vial stands 62 mm tall — still hand-size, but a clear step up from the 16 mm family. The in-hand photo shows the 3 → 15 ml progression so you can judge the ladder against your kit format before ordering samples.

Materials & Construction

The vials are formed from borosilicate glass tubing — the glass chemistry resists hydrolysis and thermal shock, keeps its dimensions after annealing, and presents a clean, pharmacy-grade look at retail. Each vial ships with a butyl rubber stopper seated in the neck. We make no sterility claims on this page: vials ship clean and ready for your filling and capping workflow. Factory QC & Quality Assurance

Every batch passes the same in-house test matrix as the rest of our packaging line:
