Two-Segment Lying Structure — Neck Clamp + Body Cradle
Each pocket is formed as a lying (horizontal) pocket in two segments. The narrow upper segment engages the vial under the crimp cap — it clamps the neck. The wider lower segment supports the glass body along its length. A clamped vial cannot roll out of the pocket: turn the loaded tray over and the vials stay seated. Because the clamp acts on the neck rather than friction on the body, the same pocket geometry holds standard 3ml vials snugly, and still engages the neck of a shorter ⌀ 16 mm 2ml vial with a little headroom top and bottom.
Stackable With Vials Loaded
The rim and rib layout lets one tray sit on another without the lower tray's parts touching the vials above. Stack them with vials loaded to build multi-layer kits inside a gift box, or stack empty trays to cut storage and freight volume. The photo shows two loaded trays stacked — the standard way our samples ship for drop testing.
Fits 3ml Standard Vials — Seats ⌀16 mm 2ml Too
The tray is cut for standard 3ml glass vials with 13 mm crimp caps (⌀ 16 mm body) — the workhorse size of peptide, hormone, and cosmetic sterile packaging. It also seats ⌀ 16 mm 2ml vials: the neck clamp still engages and the vial stays in place inverted, with slight headroom in the lying pocket. We also supply 2ml glass vials,5ml glass vials,10ml glass vials, and amber glass vials — order tray and glass together and they arrive matched, from one factory, in one shipment.
Clear PVC Shown — Other Colors on Request
The shipped edition is clear/transparent PVC — buyers and patients see the vials at a glance, and pharmacy teams check contents without opening the tray. Note that this item ships unprinted — logo printing is generally not supported on the tray itself; branding belongs on the outer gift box, which we also manufacture.

Materials & Construction
The vial tray is vacuum-formed from rigid clear PVC sheet — dimensionally stable, transparent, and economical at volume. Pockets are formed in one piece with the base; there is no foam and no assembly. Like all inner trays, it is protective organizational packaging, not a sterile barrier. Matching glass vials and the outer peptide gift boxes are produced in the same plant.
