Six-Cavity Lying Structure — Neck Clamp + Body Cradle
The six pockets are formed in a single lying row, each in two segments: the narrow upper segment clamps the vial under the crimp cap, and the wider lower segment carries the glass body. A clamped vial cannot roll out — even with the tray inverted. The same geometry that grips a standard 3ml vial still engages the neck of a shorter ⌀ 16 mm 2ml vial, which then sits with slight headroom in the pocket.
Stackable Box Liner for Gift Boxes
Empty trays stack solidly into a low block — 50 stacked trays stand about as tall as two coffee mugs — which cuts storage space and lets you freight air-free. In the gift box, a single loaded tray acts as the liner that stops six vials rattling against each other in transit.

The tray is cut for standard 3ml glass vials with 13 mm crimp caps (⌀ 16 mm body). It also seats ⌀ 16 mm 2ml vials — the neck clamp engages, and the vial stays put with the tray inverted. The tray ships unprinted; logo printing is generally not supported on the tray itself, and branding belongs on the outer gift box, which we also manufacture.

Materials & Construction
The tray is vacuum-formed from rigid clear PVC sheet — dimensionally stable, transparent, and economical at volume. The two pieces — base with the six lying pockets and the cover — are formed as a matched pair (photo above). Like all inner trays, it is protective organizational packaging, not a sterile barrier. Matching glass vials and the outer peptide gift boxes are produced in the same plant.
