White Outside, Gold Inside - Where the Colour Sits
We put the gold where it counts. The shell stays white PETG - quiet on a shelf, easy to print a logo onto, and forgiving of fingerprints - while every working detail is picked out in gold: the seam line that runs around the lid edge, the over-centre latch strap, the hinge screws that pin lid to base, and the full inner insert that carries the vials. Closed, it reads as a clean white box with one gold line. Open it, and the contrast does the selling for you.
Because the shell and the insert are separate printed parts, the two-tone build is structural - and the gold is pigmented through the PETG rather than coated on top, so it will not rub off. The Gold Insert Lifts Out
The gold insert lifts out. The four-cavity insert is a separate PETG part. It comes straight out of the base, so the tray can be wiped down on its own, and it drops back into the same recess. The shell, latch and hinge are left untouched.
Foam above, insert below. A foam pad bonded into the hinged lid presses each vial gently into its cavity, so nothing rattles even when the case travels half full - fewer vial-to-vial knocks, fewer cracked flanges on arrival.
