Three Sizes, One Fit Rule — Match the Body Diameter

The stand is sized by vial outer diameter, not by nominal volume. The 22 mm stands take a 5 ml or a 10 ml vial in either size — a taller vial simply rises higher above the cradle, and the L size carries a deeper cradle so the taller body stays supported along its length. The 16 mm stand takes 2 ml and 3 ml vials alike. 5 ml vials come in both diameters: a slim 16 mm 5 ml sits in the XS, a wide 22 mm 5 ml in the S or L. Match the stand to your vial's body diameter and it sits. The stand carries the vial — it does not clamp it. The claws keep the neck from drifting sideways and the cradle holds the body at the angle, but nothing grips the glass: the vial lifts out with two fingers, and a second vial of the same diameter drops straight in.

Because every stand comes off our own 3D printers, the geometry is a print setting, not a mould. 16 mm and 22 mm are the sizes we print every day; a wider one for 24/27 mm vials, a taller base, a steeper angle, your colour instead of black — all run at MOQ 10 without tooling. Send the vial diameter and height, and the stand is drawn to match.
