The three sizes share the same 16 mm body and the same neck finish: pick the height that matches your fill volume — 16 × 31 mm for a 2ml vial, 16 × 35 mm for 3ml, 16 × 45 mm for 5ml — and one cap size covers the range. That keeps your crimping tool, caps and our matching vial trays interchangeable as your kit sizes grow.

Amber & Clear — Both Stock Colors

Both colors are stock, not made to order: amber glass for light-sensitive fills — hormones, peptides, vitamins — and clear glass when the buyer wants to see the liquid level and color at a glance. The choice works the same whether you take the 2ml vial for minis or the 5ml vial for full-size units. Many customers take both colors: amber for the product, clear for placebo, diluent or demo samples.

Closures — Butyl Stopper In, Crimp Cap On

Each vial arrives with a butyl rubber stopper pressed into the neck — the standard elastomer for injectable and peptide packaging because it seals tightly against glass. Aluminum crimp caps matched to the neck finish are available on request, so you can seal the vial the moment it is filled. Pair the vials with our vial crimping pliers and the whole sealing workflow comes from one supplier.

Materials & Construction

The vials are formed from borosilicate glass tubing — the glass chemistry resists hydrolysis and thermal shock, keeps its dimensions after annealing, and presents a clean, pharmacy-grade look at retail. Each vial ships with a butyl rubber stopper seated in the neck. We make no sterility claims on this page: vials ship clean and ready for your filling and capping workflow. Every batch passes the same in-house test matrix as the rest of our packaging line:
