The shipped edition is a PLA rainbow gradient that flows around the shell and across the radial lid top. Gradients are produced in PLA — the material takes a smooth multi-color transition that PETG does not — while PETG remains our material for solid colors where impact resistance comes first. Both materials run on the same round geometry, so a gradient program and a solid-color program can share one product line. Your UV logo prints on the lid top; the knurled band stays clean for grip. Other solid PETG colors run on the same shell on request — send your Pantone reference and we quote from MOQ 50.

The tray is printed as one piece — no foam, nothing glued. It lifts out with two fingers and seats back in the same position. Its honeycomb layout holds one 3ml vial in the center pocket and six more around it — standard cylindrical vials (round vials with 13 mm crimp caps) — each pocket bored to ⌀ 17 mm. Because the pockets are printed into the tray, every case in a batch gauges identically, and a custom cavity layout (a different count, a mixed diameter, or a taller pocket) is produced on the same round shell at the same MOQ.
