The pocket is printed as one piece with the base: a single ⌀ 17 mm bore, 34 mm deep, sized for the body of a standard 3ml vial. The vial drops in base-first and the lid closes down over it, so the vial cannot rattle or tip. No foam, no liner, no loose parts — and because the pocket is part of the shell, every unit in a batch gauges identically. A custom cavity layout (a different diameter or depth) is quoted on the same ⌀ 26 mm shell.
