Each of the ten cavities is injection-molded around the body of a standard 20ml glass vial — about 26 mm outer diameter × 60 mm height. Vials drop in upright, held by the cavity wall — no foam, no adhesive, no rattling — and every label stays readable through the clear shell in the 2 × 5 twin-row layout.

Same-Size Interlocking Stack — Lid Rim Meets Recessed Base

The lid rim is raised and the base recessed to the matching profile, so the bottom of one case seats positively on the lid of another same-size 20ml case — locked without adapters. Stacked columns stay square on shelves, in clinic drawers and inside bulk cartons. Note: this interlock is size-specific — cases of other capacities have different footprints and do not mate.
