Each cavity is injection-molded to the body of a standard 10ml glass vial. The vial drops in, sits upright, and is held by the cavity wall — no foam, no adhesive, no rattling. The 2 × 5 footprint keeps every label facing up and readable through the clear shell.

The 58 mm height includes a 1 mm raised locating rim around the lid, and the base is recessed to the same profile — so the bottom of one 10-slot case seats positively on the lid of another. Indicative pricing for this item is quoted in a band of US $0.30 – 0.51 / pc EXW Guangdong, before freight. Where you land inside that band is set by two things: how far the build is customized, and how large the run is. The lower end of the band is not an order-quantity price — it is the level we reach on high-volume and repeat programs, where tooling and print setup are spread over a large piece count.
