One Stopper Standard Across the Range

One closure standard runs across the whole range: a butyl rubber stopper pressed into the neck of every vial, in every size with the matching aluminum crimp cap included. Fill, seat the cap and close it with a crimping machine; our vial crimping pliers do the same for small batches across all four body groups — caps, glass and tool from one supplier, one workflow from bench to carton.

True to Scale — From 31 mm to 79 mm Tall

Photos mislead on small glass, so the range is shot in the hand: the 16 mm family stands 31–45 mm, the 22 mm ladder runs 27–62 mm, and the 30 ml vial tops out at 79 mm — a retail-format bottle rather than a sample ampoule. Judge the ladder against your kit format before ordering samples.

Every vial in the range is formed from borosilicate glass tubing — the chemistry resists hydrolysis and thermal shock, holds its dimensions after annealing, and presents a clean, pharmacy-grade look at retail. It is the same tubing behind all of our glass vials, and the same plant behind the peptide gift boxesandvial trays shown across our site. We make no sterility claims on this page: vials ship clean and ready for your filling and capping workflow.

Factory QC & Quality Assurance

Every batch passes the same in-house test matrix as the rest of our packaging line:
