Two Shell Styles, Same 2-Vial Protection

Style A — the cube. 48 × 30 × 48 mm, tall and chunky, with the latch faces front and center. It stands upright in a pocket or pouch and is the style most clients brand as their starter giveaway.

Style B — the slim wide. 64 × 31× 54 mm, low and flat, so it slides into a waist pack, a dopp kit or a padded mailer without adding bulk. Same waterproof-style closure, same removable insert — just a different footprint on the desk.

Both styles take the same stocked colorways and the same logo programs, so you can run one branded look across two formats — or mix styles in one order to cover pocket carry and flat-pack shipping.

How small is small? Opened next to our 4-slot 3ml case, the 2-slot edition is visibly a size class down — the most compact two-vial case we build, with only our single-vial edition sitting below it. For a branded two-vial package it is the tightest format and the lowest cost per unit.

Removable 2-Slot Insert — Re-Cut for Any Vial Size

The insert comes out — the case stays. The 2-cavity PETG tray lifts straight out of the base, so you can refill, clean or swap it without handling the shell. Standard cavities are cut for 3ml vials; send a different vial drawing and we re-cut the tray to match — 2ml, 5ml or mixed diameters — with no change to the outer case.

Foam above, tray below. The hinged lid carries a foam liner that presses vials gently into their cavities, so nothing rattles even when the case travels half-full. Fewer vial-to-vial knocks means fewer cracked flanges on arrival.

The shell is 3D-printed PETG with a textured matte finish: base and hinged lid print as one precise mating pair around the removable 2-slot tray, closed by stainless hinge pins and pin latches. PETG is vacuum-dried before printing, so walls, hinge bores and cavities keep their dimensions batch after batch. Structural proof returns within 48 hours of your spec.
